Members may reserve either studio up to six months in advance of the shoot.

Repeated violations of the rules or no-shows and frequent cancellations can result in suspension of privileges at the discretion of the Executive Director and Director of Operations.

Studios can be booked out in either four-hour (main studio) or three-hour (talking-head studio) increments at a maximum of two per day, and a general maximum of 12 hours/week – limited by availability.

 Editing suites can be booked out in three-hour increments at a maximum of two per day, and a general maximum of 12 hours/week – limits by availability.
