Scheduling Policy

Scheduling of equipment may be made by any member in good standing.

The standard amount of tie equipment may be scheduled for is three days.

Reservations made for longer than that time must be approved by either the Director of Operations or the Executive Director.

Equipment is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Repeated violations can and will result in suspension of privileges at the discretion of the Executive Director and Director of Operations.
